A vital part of our team, the Client Success & Office Admin supports our sales & marketing efforts, and keeps our office running day to day.This team member provides stellar client service while balancing different projects and priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains and organizes office operations- correspondence, equipment procurement and office supplies, filing and keeping the office clean and safe.
- First point of contact for inbound calls from our clients, supporting their questions and needs around our current and additional services, and processes.
- Event preparation support.
- Email, direct mail, and other client communication as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining client and account details in our CRM. (Hubspot)
- Help prepare lists, presentations, proposals and other administrative tasks with our sales and marketing teams.
- Schedule calls and meetings with clients.
- Quarterly reconciliation of FBR Billing/Invoiced Business Board update
- Build and manage survey projects through to completion and reporting in conjunction with the sales team
- Maintain excellent open lines of communication with clients and team members
Skills we are looking for:

- Knowledge of Excel, Word, CRMs (HubSpot)
- 1+ year or internship experience working in an office
- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
- An eagerness to learn and balance multiple projects & priorities
- Experience with Macs is a plus
