About You:

We are looking for a vibrant digital marketing professional to join our awesome marketing team in our Portsmouth, NH office. A vital part of the FBR team, as the Digital Marketing Specialist you will develop, implement, and track various digital marketing programs to grow our business and help our clients be more successful. If you’ve ever been described as a go-getter, this might just be your job.

  • Goal-oriented. Highly motivated and organized. Capable of planning your work and working your plan.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist B2B & B2C Marketing Directors with digital marketing projects (website updates, advertising, email & landing pages) on an as needed basis
  • Drafting of social media content, social media writing, design of digital assets, posting & and monitoring performance
  • Management and organization of client and stock photography images & other digital assets
  • Ongoing reporting for paid search, web traffic, and social media performance
  • Support marketing team with various production tasks (including virtual & live events), including logistics coordination, creation of slide decks, and event promotion.
  • Support in creation of B2B and B2C content for blogs and emails
  • Update B2C website brand pages on an as needed basis
  • Management of video editing for webinars, presentations, Summit, etc.
  • Creation of marketing materials for events, social media posts, and website graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that all creative outputs are consistent with our brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing channels, tools, and SEO best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, basic HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, social media campaigns, MailChimp, or similar programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to think both creatively and strategically, with detailed execution.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects/priorities.
  • Strong computer skills (we are an Apple-based company).
  • A degree in marketing/digital media or a related field is preferred.
