Franchise Business Review (FBR) has worked with thousands of franchise brands and franchisees (business owners and entrepreneurs) measuring and using feedback to make their organizations stronger and more successful. We are looking for a vibrant sales professional to work with our awesome and fast-paced team in our (dog-friendly!) Portsmouth, NH office.

About You:

As a vital part of the FBR team, you’ll use a combination of phone calls, email, social media, video, and direct mail to help build our sales pipeline by connecting with clients, uncovering their unique business challenges, and identifying how Franchise Business Review can help them take their franchise system to the next level. You’ll have the opportunity to master your sales skills in a culture that fosters continuous learning and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively research to generate new business opportunities through phone, email and social media outreach to hit monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Making online presentations and creating proposals that address prospects’ needs.
  • Collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams to drive sales efforts and meet client needs.
  • Managing complex deals from inception, navigating introductions, understanding needs & timing, to the close.
  • Focus on account-based and relationship selling in Medium and Large Accounts.
  • Conducting high level conversations with senior level franchise executives in Operations, Development and Marketing departments.
  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs

Requirements

  • Looking for a human-centric, closer!
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • A team player who has the ability to work with others to get deals done (we have phenomenal teammates).
  • Positive and energetic! Enjoys reaching out- talking (AND listening) to business leaders to uncover and help solve their challenges.
  • Comfortable with technology (we use Macs, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Slack, and our own proprietary survey tool).
  • Goal-oriented. Highly motivated and organized, working well without direct supervision; able to ask for direction or additional help when needed.
