What We Need From You

To help us give your brand the spotlight it deserves, we’ll need a few materials from you—think logos, links, and maybe a headshot or two (no glam squad required). Below, you’ll find a checklist of what we need, organized by sponsorship level, so you know exactly what to send. The sooner we have your info, the sooner we can start showing you off!

DUE ASAP

  • Register Book Your Hotel Room!
  • Brand Logo: RGB and CMYK versions of your logo in vector format (EPS or AI) or as a high-res (300 dpi) PNG on a transparent background
  • URL: Please provide the URL you would like us to link to from the Summit website
  • Wifi Network password: Please provide your preferred custom password for the wifi login page

DUE JUNE 1

  • Blog post (800-1,500 words) to be posted on the Franchise Business Review website [Optional]
    • Blog posts must be original content.
    • The key is just to spotlight a specific challenge + solution (ideally, this would be tied to one of the Summit session topics – but if that’s not the right fit, a broader marketing or operations piece works too, as it can help with visibility and engagement on both sides).
    • If you have an article or post related to Summit, we can post it on our blog (pending editorial approval) and promote it on social media and in our newsletter.
    • If there is a specific person from the brand that we should attribute it to, please provide contact details & a bio.

DUE JULY 1

  • Digital One-Sheet for App
    • One-pager that will be shared digitally with attendees. This should be fully designed and limited to one-page. We encourage it to be tips, checklists, etc. that will provide value to attendees. Example of previous one-sheet

DUE AUGUST 3

  • Choice of 5 minutes on stage, or a two-minute video submission

DUE SEPTEMBER 1

  • Franchise Operations Rockstar nomination
  • Provide FBR with you designated Roundtable Facilitator name & contact information
