Franchise Associations

You're the Voice of the Franchisees. Make Sure It's Being Heard.

As a franchisee association, your job is to be the voice of your members. But going with your gut – or simply the “loudest” franchisees in the system – doesn’t cut it.

Make sure you’re representing the best interests of ALL the franchisees in the system.

A franchisee satisfaction survey measures satisfaction and engagement across the entire franchisee community, and provides you with detailed, objective, quantitative and qualitative data that reflects the needs and concerns of your members.

Better Data. Better Representation.

The job of any association is to drive better relationships and better communication between the franchisor and the franchisee community. The best way to do that is to gather meaningful, objective data that you can share to align expectations and goals of both the franchisor and the franchisees.

Franchise Business Review’s franchisee satisfaction and engagement evaluation will:

  • Measure franchisees’ perceptions of strengths and weaknesses of the system
  • Prioritize requests/needs from that impact the majority of franchisees
  • Identify best practices in the system and share with the whole community
  • Help the franchisor’s executive team understand where to focus their efforts to improve profitability and performamce and drive growth.

How It Works

1. Survey

Send us your franchisee contact list and we’ll do the rest. Franchisee satisfaction surveys can be launched within 48 hours and can be customized to meet your specific needs.

2. Report

When the survey is complete, we’ll provide you with a suite of reports that will give you a comprehensive view of the strengths and weaknesses of the system. In addition, you get complete access to your data via our interactive online tool for 90 days so you can create your own custom analysis of the results.

3. Review

FBR will present/facilitate a review of the data with the entire franchise community or with the franchisor’s executive team – depending on how you decide to share the data.
