Franchising at Work Awards
Recognizing the Best Franchise Company Cultures
GET THE RECOGNITION YOU DESERVE
The Franchising at Work Awards
From labor shortages to return-to-office dilemmas to burnout and the demand for greater flexibility, differentiating your company as a great place to work has never been more important.
The “workplace” has been completely redefined and reimagined over the last few years, and the franchise companies that embrace change, prioritize employee well-being, and foster a positive culture deserve to be acknowledged.
The Franchising at Work Awards recognize the best franchise companies to work for based on responses from the people who know the company best: their employees.
All franchise employers—franchisors, franchisees, and franchise suppliers—are invited to participate and let their employees share what makes their company a great place to work.
Celebrate your company culture. Enter the Franchising at Work Awards and get the recognition you deserve!

ABOUT FRANCHISING AT WORK
ABOUT FRANCHISING AT WORK
Franchise Business Review conducts surveys of corporate franchise employees, franchise owners’ employees, and franchise suppliers employees across North America each year to determine their levels of engagement and satisfaction.
In addition we conduct industry-wide benchmarking research via our annual Franchising at Work survey and provide aggregate data to help franchise companies understand how their culture, compensation and engagement compare to others.
Franchise companies that participate in our employee engagement surveys or Franchising at Work research are eligible for the Franchising at Work Awards—the first and only awards to recognize companies within the franchise sector that have created an engaging and productive workplace culture and whose employees are invested in the performance and success of the company. Only the companies that are rated highest in the industry by the employees themselves are honored with a Franchising at Work award.
