Client Consultant (B2B Sales / Account Executive)

What You’ll Do
This is a business sales role where you’ll take ownership of building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll engage prospective clients, lead thoughtful discovery conversations, and connect their business challenges to FBR’s solutions. Our work genuinely helps organizations improve performance, strengthen culture, and grow — this is a sale you can feel good about.
- Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM-based sequences)
- Identify and engage prospective clients within franchise organizations
- Lead discovery conversations with senior executives to understand their challenges and goals
- Translate those insights into tailored solutions using FBR’s research and data
- Consistently generate new business meetings (target: ~5 per week) and manage your progress toward that goal
- Use HubSpot (CRM) to track activity, manage pipeline, and execute outreach strategies
- Collaborate with the FBR team to refine messaging, prepare materials, and close deals
- Stay current on franchising trends and leverage tools (including AI) to work more efficiently and effectively
- Represent FBR at industry events as needed
Who You Are
- 2+ years of B2B sales or client-facing experience (SaaS, services, or similar)
- Energized by working in a collaborative, in-office team environment
- Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and asking thoughtful questions
- Proactive and organized in managing outreach and pipeline activity
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve
- Strong communicator — you can write clearly and drive a confident conversation
- Interested in using modern tools (including AI) to improve how you work
