What’s involved in the Employee Engagement survey?

Franchise Business Review’s employee engagement surveys measure and benchmark the satisfaction and engagement of employees working in the franchise sector.

It asks employees to provide feedback on their workplace satisfaction in eight key areas, including leadership, managers, culture, team, and alignment. The survey captures both quantitative and qualitative data, and includes 24 standard questions, which we use to benchmark your performance against other franchise organizations.

By identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, franchise leaders can make informed decisions to improve employee engagement and retention, and ultimately drive business success.

The survey also aims to aggregate information and insights about the current state of employment in the franchising industry, including challenges and opportunities faced by organizations and individuals. It provides valuable insights into the workplace culture and employee satisfaction within franchise organizations. The data collected is used to inform and educate industry stakeholders on key trends and best practices, as well as recognize the franchise companies that excel at offering an exceptional organizational culture with an Employee Satisfaction award.
