All companies that participate receive their Franchise Satisfaction Index (FSI) score, which benchmarks your system against aggregate data from nearly 1,200 franchise brands. All participants will receive a snapshot report showing their benchmark score the first time they survey. Award winners will also receive a PR toolkit with award graphics, a press release template and other opportunities for promotion.
