The survey is open to all U.S. and Canadian-based franchise companies that have at least 10 full-time employees and gross annual revenue of $1M+, including franchisors, franchise suppliers, and franchisees. This inclusivity allows us to identify trends and insights that are relevant across different positions, fostering a deeper understanding of the industry’s collective experiences and challenges.
