It ensures that all franchisees receive the same foundational knowledge, reducing the chances of information gaps or misunderstandings. Efficient training is crucial for getting new hires up to speed quickly and effectively. Constant feedback from your Brand Coaches is essential to maximizing and adjusting the training to meet the franchisees’ needs.
Many Brands have specific regulations and compliance requirements. Consistent onboarding ensures that all franchisees, regardless of their experience or location, receive the necessary compliance training. This reduces the Brand’s risk of non-compliance and potential legal issues.

To own multiple units within a given territory? Be an absentee owner? Knowing this upfront is crucial. And re-visiting this in the first year or two is also important. As the franchisee grows, their goals could change based on their experiences.
