At Franchise Business Review, we have had the privilege of working with over 1,300 franchise brands to gather invaluable feedback from their franchisees. While we proudly celebrate the 200 brands that score the highest each year with the Franchisee Satisfaction Awards, we want to recognize the efforts of the brands that don’t make the awards list. 

FBR is committed to confidentiality, so we won’t name them, but we can say that these brands are putting in the work. Despite no trophy on the shelf (yet!), here are just some of the ways they demonstrate their commitment to growth, improvement, and franchisee satisfaction and engagement.

• Setting realistic expectations for candidates: These brands use their data to educate and prepare potential franchisees about what it’s like to join their system and run the business, resulting in well-informed candidates who are prepared for what it takes to be a successful franchise owner.
